Michael McHale, Director, has a policing background and previously worked on the development of Disclosure Scotland. Michael conducts interviews and countersigns the applications forms.

Working for a Safer Scotland
SDAS is an Umbrella Registered Body, registered with Disclosure Scotland to countersign applications for Enhanced and Standard Disclosures.
People working with children, vulnerable adults and other employments or positions listed in the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act, 1974 require to undergo Disclosure checks.
We can countersign applications for the self-employed and other organisations or employers who are not registered as a Registered Body with Disclosure Scotland.
